Good sportsmanship is a very important aspect of the PSL. --- We strive to create an atmosphere of competitive play, but with the emphasis on having a safe and fun playing experience. If behavior is deemed violent, harassing and/or inappropriate in any way, AS WITNESSED BY THE REFEREE, the following immediate action will take effect.
o First infraction: Removed from the current game and a possible minimum 1 full game suspension, beginning with the next scheduled game with the possibility of eviction from league dependent upon severity of incident as determined by the referee present.
o Second infraction: Removed from the current game and a minimum additional 3 full game suspension, beginning with the next scheduled game or maximum penalty of eviction from league dependent upon severity of incident determined by the referee present.
o Third Infraction: Removed from the current game and a minimum suspension throughout the remainder of current PSL season, and an additional suspension for the entire next PSL season with the possibility of eviction from league dependent upon severity of incident determined by the referee present.
*NOTE: No refunds will be issued for suspension from play.
Procedure: Upon Infraction, referee must give the name of the individual to the PSL Director who will maintain the official list and issue official notification to suspended individuals. Director is to inform Referee of next game(s) in which the individual will not participate; he/she is to enforce said suspension.
