Moderated by LWVPA Executive Director Jill Greene \n11:30-1 PM – Lunch off-site at nearby restaurants. Watch for details about networking opportunities \n1-2:15 PM – Panel discussion and Q&A on essential elements of effective redistricting reform legislation. Moderated by FDPA Legislative Director Pat Beaty with guest experts including Sam Wang of the Princeton Gerrymandering Project and Yuri Redensky of the Brennan Center for Justice \n2:30-3:45 PM – Panel discussion and Q&A on ways our PA legislative rules make it too easy for leaders to block reform\, along with proposed rule changes that would ensure that bipartisan solutions are given a hearing and brought to a vote.
