DESCRIPTION:Good Ideas Forum – Awake to Woke to Work\nProgram for the Nonprofit Community: $45 (includes breakfast\, learning materials from Equity in the Center\, and three-hour facilitated conversation and presentation) \nProInspire/Equity in the Center joins the Good Ideas Forum to engage and support leaders in bold conversation on the tactics and tools that will drive action to combat structural racism within an organization’s culture. Nonprofit Leaders and Consultants are invited to join in facilitated conversation on the unique role and challenges of leaders in diversity\, inclusion\, and equity work\, as well as the management and operational best practices that can drive progress on race equity in their respective organizations. \nLed by Andrew Plumley\, Associate Director of Equity in the Center\, research will be shared in an interactive forum that promotes learning and inspires partcipants to move from intention to action as they lead their teams in the adaptive challenge of building a Race Equity Culture. \nExpected Outcomes: \n\nUnderstanding of Equity in the Center’s Race Equity Cycle framework and the “Awake to Woke to Work: Building Race Equity Culture” publication\nUnderstanding of the seven levers\, management\, and operational best practices that have successfully helped organizations shift culture from Awake to Woke to Work.\nDiscussion of clear action steps leaders can take to drive inclusion and equity.\n\nRegister here by June 5th. \n
