DESCRIPTION:2019 PA Community Alliance Summit sponsored by the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council\nThe Summit is a day of networking\, discovering alliances\, and collaboration building among diverse organizations throughout Pennsylvania led by and/or supporting underserved/unserved populations who experience marginalization and oppression. \nThis year will be the 5th annual PA Community Alliance Summit. Join for a fantastic workshop: “Teaming – Releasing the Transforming Power of Coalition Building\,” conducted by the National Coalition Building Institute of Rochester\, NY. Utilizing a series of interactive sessions\, the workshop will educate on forming strong partnerships and collaborations\, and creating welcoming communities. It will also highlight amazing PA organizations and projects. There will be meaningful discussions\, as well as fun and intentional networking activities the first evening to support meeting new allies and colleagues from across PA.
