Kennedy\, who also served as an expert witness during the congressional redistricting case and gerrymandering trial\, is a widely sought expert commentator on presidential elections and statewide elections in Pennsylvania. He also served on Governor Wolf’s Redistricting Advisory Council. He has been a frequent contributor to various news organizations regionally and nationally\, including ABC\, CBS\, NBC\, PBS\, NPR\, the Business Insider\, Al-Jazeera America\, and other media outlets.
