DESCRIPTION:Housing Opportunity Fund – West End Meeting\nJoin Pittsburgh United for a series of meetings throughout Pittsburgh to discuss the Housing Opportunity Fund. \n\nShare your story\nHear from your neighbors\nLearn about the Housing Opportunity Fund\n\nPittsburgh’s first-ever citywide affordable housing policy passed\, which secured $10 million worth of dedicated funding per year for the Housing Opportunity Fund. Now\, it’s time to get the Housing Opportunity Fund up and running so it can start helping people in our communities. \nCity Council appointed a community advisory board who will oversee the Housing Opportunity Fund. Pittsburgh United wants to ensure the advisory board hears and understands the community’s needs. Attend one of the upcoming meetings (located in South Side\, West End\, East End\, and Central Pittsburgh) to discuss the community’s priorities for the Fund and make a plan of action that keeps residents’ needs front and center throughout the implementation phase. \nDinner and childcare will be provided at all of the meetings.
