Weather Policy
In the event that games need to be canceled, the teams scheduled to play will be notified via email at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. If you do not receive an email that the games are canceled, assume all games are on as scheduled.
All games will be made up in the order in which they are originally scheduled. Upon receiving your game cancellation email, if your team has a known conflict for a day or time in which they cannot play, you have until 2pm (afternoon session) or 7pm (evening session) to let us know. Once those deadlines are passed, an updated schedule will be released in accordance with the suggested rain dates.
