In 2018, PUMP updated our website and we integrated our PUMP system (WordPress/Salesforce) with our PSL system (LeagueLab). We still have issues on occasion, and so we created this form to help us easily respond to players needs, and to help us document the issues we are having to help ensure that those bugs are fixed for the future.
We ask all players having issues to fill out this form and allow us the chance to diagnose the issue. Once we have it resolved you will receive email notification. Please do not call and email in addition to filling out this form – you must be patient and allow us the time to process this. We do not guarantee that we will be able to respond to this issue before your game if you have missed your roster deadline.
