Meghan Fitzsimmons joined the team in April 2023 as the Pittsburgh Sports League’s Events and Officials Manager. Originally from Erie, she moved to Pittsburgh in 2018 and has called the city home ever since. In 2021, she graduated from Point Park University with her bachelor’s degree in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management (SAEM).
Prior to working for PUMP, Meghan was a Seasonal Fulfillment Coordinator with REVELxp, focusing on tailgates for Pitt Panthers and West Virginia Mountaineers football games. While attending Point Park, Meghan was the Events Coordinator for WPPJ Radio, the campus radio station, as well as the Sports Coordinator for the SAEM Club. She has also spent two seasons working for the Detroit Tigers Double-A Affiliate team, the Erie SeaWolves, and one season interning with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
In her free time, she enjoys attending hockey games and concerts, kayaking, and binge watching her favorite TV shows. Meghan is looking forward to stepping into this new role and getting to know all the players and officials!
