#BLACKHOMESMATTER: The Fair Housing Partnership presents the Eleventh Annual Poetry Slam for the 50th Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act
Join the Fair Housing Partnership for this event on April 26 at the Melwood Screening Room. Here local poets speak out about the need to create communities that are built on inclusion, diversity, and fairness; free of discrimination and intolerance; and embrace change that is citizen driven.
- Doors open at 6 PM.
- Poetry Slam begins at 6:30 PM.
There will be cash prizes for poets, free Pittsburgh Pirates tickets for attendees, and concessions. See the Facebook event for more details.
