Launched in August of 2014, the Community Acquisition and Rehabilitation Loan (CARL) simplifies the financing process for the purchase and rehabilitation of a property by reducing the cost, time, and complexity of obtaining multiple loans.
At this info session, attendees will learn, the typical timeline for a CARL borrower, the key underwriting criteria and program guidelines, available grant programs you can combine with CARL, contacts for participating lenders, and other helpful tips to go through this process.
