The Monroeville Public Library is hosting a public informational session on the need to Fix Harrisburg. Fair Districts PA Speaker Doug Webster will discuss reforming the procedural rules to guarantee that bipartisan solutions get a vote and to ensure that legislators are allowed to vote on issues of importance to their constituents.
