Housing Opportunity Fund Info Session + CIE – CLP Jobs & Careers Department

Join The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) this month for a series of public information sessions on their housing assistance programs.

Each session will feature an overview of The Housing Opportunity Fund (HOF). HOF encourages the development and preservation of affordable & accessible housing in the City of Pittsburgh. Its five core programs are:

• Rental Gap Program
• Homeowner Assistance Program
• Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program
• Housing Stabilization Program
• For-Sale Development Program

This session will also feature an overview of business resources offered through the URA’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE). For businesses and entrepreneurs, the CIE offers a variety of financing products. Whether you are building a new facility to accommodate expansion, seeking working capital to underwrite growth, purchasing or leasing new equipment, or all of the above, the URA is here to help.
