Housing Opportunity Fund Info Session + PHRP and HELP – East Liberty Library

Join The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) this month for a series of public information sessions on their housing assistance programs.

Each session will feature an overview of The Housing Opportunity Fund (HOF). HOF encourages the development and preservation of affordable & accessible housing in the City of Pittsburgh. Its five core programs are:

· Rental Gap Program
· Homeowner Assistance Program
· Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program
· Housing Stabilization Program
· For-Sale Development Program

This session will also feature an overview of the the Pittsburgh Home Rehabilitation Program (PHRP) and Home Emergency Loan Program (HELP). The PHRP and HELP offer 0% interest rate loans to eligible City of Pittsburgh homeowners to improve their homes and/or make emergency repairs.
