Diversity & Inclusion: The YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh The YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. They strengthen our community by creating and advancing opportunities for all women to seek equality and self-sufficiency. The YW opens windows of opportunity for women and their families through YW child care, housing, and health and wellness programs. They work to sustain struggling women in their journey toward economic stability – and help teach teenage girls it’s okay to excel in science, technology, engineering, and math! |
Education & Employment: The Education Partnership
The Education Partnership is dedicated to addressing educational inequities by providing and enabling access to the tools and resources necessary to support teachers and enhance a student’s ability to learn and succeed. By providing school supplies for a brighter future, their goal is to bridge the gap between what students have and what they need to succeed in the classroom.
