Kickball for a Cause
August 14, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
In 2021, PUMP we hope to once again host Kickball for a Cause at Mellon Park and bring together young people, ages 21+, for a day of kickball, fundraising, picknicking, and fun.
Since 2003, Kickball for a Cause (formerly Kickball for Hope) has featured teams who play in round-robin lightening games in Mellon Park throughout the day while enjoying generous donations of food, drink and music from our sponsors. The top teams advance into playoff rounds – which always generates a crowd of supporters and cheers.
What: Join us for the next Kickball for a Cause as we bring together young people, ages 21+, for a day of kickball, picnicking and more! Teams play in round-robin lightning games in the morning & early afternoon. Winners of each division advance to a single elimination tournament later that day. In addition to raising funds for important nonprofits, the team fee includes 3 refereed kickball games (with the potential to move into playoff rounds), your team’s t-shirts, food, and more!
When: Saturday August 14, 2021
Where: Mellon Park, Beechwood Blvd at 5th Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15206
Registration: Registration will open Monday June 28th at Noon.
If you are not a PUMP Member, and do not wish to become one for the year you are still welcome to participate in the tournament using a discount code.
Donations: Can’t make it to the tournament but still want to support the Causes? All donations are fully given to the Causes!
Cause Partners: Book ‘Em & Homeless Children’s Education Fund
