Landlord-Tenant Workshop with District Judge Oscar Petite

April 3, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Going to Housing Court can be an overwhelming experience both for landlords and tenants. This presentation will help build knowledge and confidence by guiding you through the process. It will cover how a case gets to court, courtroom etiquette, what happens in the courtroom, and the physical set-up of the court.

Presented by Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts (PMC). PMC is a statewide nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to ensuring that all Pennsylvanians can come to our courts with confidence that they will be heard by qualified, fair, and impartial judges.
