Women & Girls Foundation (WGF) is part of a statewide coalition working to establish a statewide program to provide paid family leave for all Pennsylvanians. Some people have to risk losing their job to stay home to care for a new child or family member in need or to treat their own serious health condition.

Workers in New York, New Jersey, California, Washington DC, Rhode Island, Washington State, and Massachusetts have the right to paid leave.
