A Candidate Forum for the PA House District 24 Special Election will be held on Thursday, March 31, and broadcast live on PCNC-TV from 8pm -9pm. News Anchor Lisa Sylvester of WPXI Channel 11 will be the moderator. This event is organized by NAACP-Pittsburgh Branch.
