Wheels & Wellness in Westinghouse Park

Join POGOH and friends for a day of outdoor fun and wellness in Westinghouse Park. This event is organized by POGOH’s 2022 Community Ambassadors and partners:

  • Bike Pittsburgh
  • Pittsburgh Major Taylor Cycling Club
  • Ruach Bicycling Club
  • Steel Rite Rollers
  • World Affairs Council
  • Office of the Mayor, City of Pittsburgh

Bike Rides:
9am – Meet at Westinghouse Park (corner of Thomas & Lang)

We’ll have 3 different bike rides to and through Frick Park hosted by Ruach Bicycling Club and POGOH to accommodate all skill levels and ride types. We’ll have a route specifically for mountain biking, trail riding, and a casual, all-levels cruise.

BYOBike or request a bike on website.

Fitness Classes:
10am – All Levels Yoga with YOGAMOTIF
11am – Strong Nation with Tiffany Hurt
12pm – Hype Spin with Aaron Gibson (3, 15-minute sessions)
1pm – Zumba with C.C. Calhoun

Wheels & Wellness in Westinghouse Park will also feature wellness vendors and activity partners to complete a full 4 hours of fun in the park. This event is free and open to the public.

Activities include:

  • FREE adult and kids helmets (while supplies last)
  • Massage therapy with Pick Your Peace massage
  • Bike obstacle course from The Wheel Mill
  • Bike Valet offered for both POGOH & personal bikes
  • Bike Quick Checks with POGOH Bike Mechanics
  • Electric bike charging station with Zero Fossil
  • All electric Ford F-150 Lightening on display
  • Test rides with POGOH’s e-assist bikes
  • Test rides with Venture Outdoors tricycles
  • Face painting from Con Amor
  • Food trucks (food for purchase)
  • Music
  • …and MORE!
