Captains for all 2017 Steel City World Cup teams gathered at Highmark Stadium last night for the first ever World Cup draw event to randomly select and place teams into four Groups for the round robin stage of the tournament. Pittsburgh Riverhounds players joined the event and served as honorary draw officials for the evening. In all, 20 teams from around the world were placed in the following groups

Group stage games will be held on Sunday, September 24th at West Field in Munhall from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The event is free and open to the public.
