Our hearts are with the family of Antwon Rose II in the wake of the trial of Michael Rosfeld. Michael Rosfeld, the police officer who shot and killed Antwon on June 19, 2018, was found not guilty last night.

To those who are hurting and mourning: we see you. We hurt and mourn with you.

In the midst of this mourning, we see how the pain in our communities is being transformed in small and big ways into an outpouring of love and support for Antwon’s family. We see how the pain in our communities is being harnessed by people to be a force for change. We stand with you.

PUMP remains committed to creating change and ensuring that the Pittsburgh region is diverse, connected, equitable, and safe for all.
