Inaugural Spelling Bee for Adults with PublicSource and Civically

November 8, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Inaugural Spelling Bee for Adults

Join PublicSource and Civically for an inaugural spelling bee for adults! Take the stage at Ace Hotel to spell your way to top prizes, or simply cheer on a friend and enjoy the entertainment, light refreshments, and cocktails.

Hint: this event is close on the heels of the mid-term election, so brush up on political words (e.g. gerrymandering).

Judges: Dominique Luster (Teenie Harris archivist at the Carnegie Museum of Art); Tony Norman (columnist & book review editor for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette); Halle Stockton (managing editor of PublicSource).

Proceeds will co-benefit PublicSource and Civically.
