Co-Parenting Cookout

Single Mom Defined, in partnership with the Women and Girls Foundation and Family Values @ Work, is hosting a co-parenting cookout Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 1-4 p.m. at upper McKinley Park in Beltzhoover.

Join our pre-Father’s Day Celebration with:

✨ Admission: Free

✨ FREE food from Roxanne’s catering, thanks to a generous donation from FedEx (first come, first serve!)

✨ Arts and crafts with Citiparks and the University of Pittsburgh P.R.I.D.E. (Positive Racial Identity Development in Early Education)
Program

✨ Games, prizes, and a kickball tournament with our community partners Aaron Wade and A’s Vision, Khalil Lee and Godfather Families, and Terrell Thomas and The Isaiah Project

✨ Family Photos with Jay White Digital Media

✨ Financial resources from Hebrew Free Loans, Fund My Future, and PA Women Work

✨ Food Bucks from The Food Trust

✨ Face painting

 

Plus, receive self-care swag, learn all about Single Mom Defined and the Women and Girls Foundation’s resource directory and hear how to advocate for paid family and medical leave at the state and national level.
