Get Ready, Stay Ready: Navigating this Election Cycle with the Experts

ULYP of Greater Pittsburgh is dedicating their September monthly meeting to help the Greater Pittsburgh community “Get Ready” for the November 2018 election cycle. ULYP is bringing together a panel of experts actively involved in the political and governmental arena throughout Allegheny County to discuss the fundamental ways that civic engagement ties into getting out the vote. These individuals will use their first hand knowledge to give attendees insight into what needs to be done to sustain civic engagement of residents for this political cycle and beyond in order to work towards making Pittsburgh a livable city for all.

The panel of experts will include:

  • Kirk Holbrook
Univ. of Pittsburgh, Community and Governmental Relations
  • Moses Nelson
Manager of State Representative Ed Gainey
  • Oliver Beasley

  • Candace Foster
