Pittsburgh City Council Candidates Forum – Districts 7 + 9

The Black Political Empowerment Project (B-PEP) is hosting a candidates forum for City Council Districts 7 + 9 on April 30, 2019 from 6-8 PM at the Homewood Community Engagement Center.

Confirmed candidate for this event are Councilwoman Deb Gross and Deidre Kane (District 7) and Stephen Braxton, Councilman Ricky Burgess, Cherylie Fuller, Judith Ginyard, and Kirran Young (District 9).

PUMP is one of several partners on this event, along with the League of Women Voters, the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, The Western PA Black Political Assembly, the NAACP of Western Pennsylvania, and Bend the Arc Jewish Action.
