Join the Battle of Homestead Foundation for our free July 15 zoom program “Union & Protest Songs – Their History & How to Use Them Today” by Pittsburgh Labor Choir director *Dr. Edwin Everhart*.
For resistance movements across the globe, music has been a powerful tool for bringing people together and advancing activist goals. Dr. Everhart will give tips on how to be a song leader, using chants for maximum impact, teaching songs to a large group, the simple genius of “zipper songs” and more.
