Greg Mitrik is the senior staff member at PUMP, where he started working with the Pittsburgh Sports League as the PSL Assistant in 2010. In 2011, Greg took over full time as the PSL Director and has been in that position ever since.
Prior to working for PUMP, Greg spent a year as the manager of BladeRunners Ice Complex in Bethel Park and a year at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association in Oakland as the Athletics Director. Greg started his undergraduate studies in Sport Management at Slippery Rock University before transferring and graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Robert Morris University.
Sports have always played an important role in Greg’s life. Whether working with, participating in, or watching on TV — there isn’t a sport Greg doesn’t like. To this day, Greg still participates in a bowling league and golfs whenever possible. Born and raised in Homestead and currently living in West Mifflin with his wife and two children, Greg has always had a close connection with the city of Pittsburgh. Ultimately, his love for sports and his city makes him feel like he has his dream job!
