Serving Time, Too – The Children of Incarcerated Parents
WQED invites you to attend a free screening of a new 30-minute documentary, Serving Time, Too. As many as 2 million American children have at least one parent who is incarcerated, and the numbers are growing. The separation of parent from child takes a heavy toll, both emotionally and financially – and the stigma and shame often lands squarely on the shoulders of the children and their caretakers.
Doors open at 6:45 PM. Seating is limited – please RSVP by May 17.
